Renovation and new construction of the historic, listed Siemens founder’s house located in Berlin, in collaboration with Pia Schmid. The building ensemble, with the typical Berlin’s inner courtyards, was built from 1847 in several construction phases. The conversion from tax office into modern boutique hotel was completed on the last stage, between 2002-2004, with the addition of a new building.
