A residential development with cooperative living, housing 126 flats ranging from 2.5 to 6.5 rooms, studios, a kindergarten, daycare facilities, and common rooms for residents. The two 6 and 7-story elongated buildings reflect the varying urban textures of the surroundings, and create a generous half public residential courtyard.
