The Iset Tower is an exclusive residential building located in Ekaterinburg, Russia. The tower is 200 m high and encompasses 52 storeys (on a total of 70,000 m² gross floor area). Offering stunning views of the town, the building is home to 225 apartments of different sizes. The Iset Tower offers modern-day amenities such as a spa and wellness area, a swimming pool and its own cinema. A large restaurant as well as a lounge and a variety of shops in the lower storeys will be open to all residents in the district. A parkland area that is also open to the general public covers the driveway and the parking facilities of the tower. Thanks to the holistic use of modern architecture, sustainability and design, the building not only offers maximum convenience but also offers a quality of life of the highest order.
