“A (Culture) City in the City”
The new kuku23 neighborhood is emerging in the district Liesing: an art and culture quarter where people can live and work together respectfully and pleasantly.

Cooperation not competition: The housing blocks with loggias, shared roof gardens and ground floor zones lend the new quarter in southern Vienna a communicative character. The studios, rehearsal spaces, and communal kitchens in the ground floor zones are open to all. This cultural landscape of the quarter weaves the neighboring Atzgersdorf educational campus, the Sargfabrik cultural center, and the new residential area into a harmonious whole.
A productive and lively ‘city in the city’: a multifaceted spectrum of education, culture, and recreation — especially for children and youth—diverse housing typologies and studios for creatives and small businesses.
