The new student residence provides accommodation for 230 students. The six-storey building includes different types of individual and collective accommodation spaces as well as common facilities. Setbacks and offsets of the volumes of this 120m-long building are used to mitigate the visual impact of its length. The rooms are distributed along the indoor and the outdoor corridors. The structure consists of reinforced concrete slabs resting on vertical load-bearing elements
